Mail-to-Email postal scanning service is designed for those who want to have constant access to their mailing anywhere in the world.


How does it work? We provide for you regular postal address in the United Kingdom:

This address you provide for everyone from who expect to receive post. After recieving your mail items, first we scan envelopes and send to you.

Now you can choose how we handle your mail items. If you want to see the contents, you can have us securely open and scan the letter, which will then be easily accessible from your e-mail.. If you need the actual letter or package, we will mail it and any other mail items you request to have forwarded to any address in the world. And if you no longer have any need for the item, you can have it securely shredded and recycled.

As can be seen from Fig.1 you can choose one or few options that suits you:

  • As - Mail Scanning

  • As - Mail Storing

  • As - Mail Recycling

  • if you have any special requests you can write down it in 'comments' section.

How much does it cost?  All the prices you can see on page fees. They depend on the selected plan. Using the plan 'Single' You pay only when you receive mail. This the most popular service cost that:

 

  • £0.5 - for envelope scanning

  • £1 - for first 5 pages scanning ( this is sufficient in most cases)

For large items, add £1 per additional 10 pages.

For bound materials, add £2 special handling fee per 10 pages.

 

Let's say you received the 3-pages letter, the final price would be £ 0.5 for scanning the envelope + £ 1 for the first three pages of scan = £1.5

 

Let's say you received the 8-pages letter, the final price would be £ 0.5 for scanning the envelope + £ 1 for the first three pages of scan + £1 per addition 3 pages = £2.5

 

If you choose mail forwarding, the final price would be £0.5 for scanning the envelope + £3 shipping fee + ? postal fee = £3.5 + postal fee (you can add and other letters to have forwarded to you)

 

If you choose mail storing, the final price would be £0.5 for scanning the envelope = £0.5

 

If you do not want that we scan you envelopes you can choose mail forwarding once a week or a month.

 

If you expect to receive a lot letters, you can choose from plans offered by subscription. Then, in the subscription plan is offset a certain amount of scanned envelopes.

If you expect to receive only few letters and you think the deposit is too big for you, please email us with your requirements.

Paying by Paypal is charged 4.3% card fee, which is calculated from the final amount of the payment.
