Assisted Purchase

If you don't feel comfortable paying online with your credit card we can shop on your behalf and purchase what you need. You will simply deposit the money in Mail-to-Email or make a transfer. Once we have received it we will purchase your selected products. Not only we can purchase items online, but we can also do it in regular stores too.

1. Tell us what products you want to purchase
Give us a description of your item, including quantity of the item desired, product number and selling price including the shipping and handling fees to our warehouse (your personal UK Address). We will send you a Purchase Order for your order. You can also do this by placing your selected items into a shopping cart on your favourite website, go to checkout and enter our shipping address. This will give you the total cost.

2. We will check availability
If the products you requested are available, we will email you a Purchase Order with total price for the purchase including our fees. We will immediately make the purchase for you if you have enough money in your deposit. Otherwise we will notify you of your balance due so we can make your purchase. In case some of the items are not available we will purchase what is available. If they are not available, the order will be cancelled.

3. We will purchase products and ship them to you.
Once we receive your products in our warehouse we will calculate the shipping cost for sending packages to your address.

4. How much does it cost?
• The cost of our assisted purchase service is 10% of your purchase cost or a minimum of £5.99, whichever is higher.
• We do not buy items that require a monthly membership charge.
• We charge 4.3% fee to cover fees on Paypal, credit card or wire transfer.
• We also charge 10% commission from the purchase cost to cover for services related to the purchase.
• No fees if order is cancelled by merchant (for example if product is not available).
